If your phones is not listed on our website, then unfortunately that means that it is not currently supported by the game you have selected. Please note that the handset coverage is different per game-so a handset that is not covered with one game may be covered in another. We do occasionally update our handset lists, so if you do not see your handset listed now, please check back and it may be added in the future. As well, you are welcome to send us a request of your handset and we will see if it will be possible to add or will let you know if we plan to add it to the coverage list in the future.


I didn't get the text message with the download link. What now?
One reason that you may not have received the download link is that your phone does not have any connectivity. And that you cannot receive text messages. So the first step is to make sure that your phone does have connectivity and can in fact receive text messages.

Another possible reason that you did no receive the download link could be that your mobile service provider is experiencing a lot of traffic-and in that case, it may take you longer than usual to receive the text message receiving the download link.

In addition to the above issues, please do not forget to check the phone number, country, mobile phone brand and handset model that you have chosen, at the time of purchase and make sure that you typed everything in correctly.

A text message with the download link usually appears after only a few minutes. In the worst case it can take up to 24 hrs to receive a message.

If you are sure that you your phone does allow for web connectivity, that you can receive text messages, and that all of the information that you provided is correct, and despite all of this you still have not gotten a text message with the download link, then please email us at   and we will send you the download link again and/or research the reason you are not receiving the message until we can resolve the problem by working with you.


If I remove the game from my mobile, can I download it again without paying?
Yes, once you've paid for the game it is possible for us to send you the download link again. In order to do this, please contact our team at  . If all information (country, mobile phone handset, mobile service provider, phone number) are the same as they were when you first purchased the game, then we will send you the download link to the game again.


I cannot install the game even though the download was successful.
If the download of the game was successful but you experienced problems during the installation of the game, then it is most likely that your phone does not have enough available memory. You should try to free up some memory on your phone and then to do the download again, if you are still experiencing problems after freeing up the memory, then please write to   and we'll do our best to help you solve the issue.


Can I make phone calls or send messages while playing the game?
You can always exit the game at anytime if you need to make a phone call or send a message. To do this normally, you will need to go to the main menu and choose "Exit Game". Please note that most of our games will auto save when the player quits the game.


Can I receive incoming calls or messages while playing the game?
Yes, you will receive calls and/or messages while playing our games-they will not be dropped. However, please note that the type of alert that you receive and whether or not you receive an alert at all will depend on the phone model that you have. Normally on more current and sophisticated handsets, if you get a call or a text message while you are playing the game, the game will pause automatically, and then after you have taken the call or viewed the message you can resume playing the game.


Can I pay with my country's currency?
Yes, you can. The prices shown on botme.com appear in EURO, Hong Kong Dollars and US Dollars, however if you have an active PayPal account, then the payment system will debit your bank account or credit card which is registered to your PayPal account in the current rate of your own national currency.


How long does it take until I get the message with the download link?
Normally you should get the text message within around one hour after your purchase, if not sooner, but, please note, that in the worse case it can take up to 24 hrs to receive the message. One cause could be that your phone doesn't have enough free memory. On some phones you have to confirm saving a game.
If you are sure that necessary memory space is available, please contact your carrier for technical support to help you to find the game file on your phone or have a look in your handset manual to see where game files are normally stored as this can vary from handset to handset.


Is the download connected to a membership or any other recurring fees?
No. Artificial Life and botme.com don't have memberships, subscriptions or any other hidden costs. You pay for the game only. Your mobile phone service provider could possibly charge you fees for receiving the SMS with the download link to the game and/or data traffic charges for when you make the download.
